JOB REQUIREMENTS * Education: Bachelor's Degree in Accounting (Degree required) — MANDATORY. * Experience: Minimum 2 years in a similar position * Knowledge of the Federal Labor Law (LFT), Income Tax Law (LISR), Social Security Law (LIMSS), and their applicable regulations related to payroll. * Accounting management of payroll. * Proficiency in CONTPAQi or COI and Excel JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: * Recording attendance-related incidents according to attendance lists * Affiliation transactions (registrations, terminations, salary adjustments) * Payroll calculation for 1,000 employees * Payment of employer obligations (employer-employee contributions and ISN) * Administration of benefits (savings fund, food vouchers, and gasoline vouchers) ADDITIONAL BENEFITS AND PERKS * Monthly salary of $10,000.00 net * Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM * Work modality: *Hybrid (50% on-site and 50% remote)* * Statutory benefits. * Continuous training in accounting and finance topics. * Collaborative work environment.
