Incident resolution following ITIL practices KODE IT, a leading Mexican consulting firm specializing in ICT and software development, is seeking a Windows SysAdmin to fulfill the following profile. Required Knowledge: • Windows Server operating system administration. • Hybrid infrastructure administration (on-premise and cloud). AWS management. • Shell script creation. • Virtual machine installation using VMware. Experience: • Minimum verifiable experience of 4 years. Job Responsibilities: • Administer on-premise infrastructure (servers, networks, core services) and cloud infrastructure (primarily AWS), ensuring operational stability and continuity. • Execute and maintain backup schemes and support disaster recovery and business continuity plans from an operational perspective. • Automate administrative and operational tasks using PowerShell. • Handle and resolve incidents and requests via a ticketing system, adhering to ITIL practices, escalation procedures, and SLA controls. Considerations: • Degree is mandatory. • Rotating virtual on-call duties. • 100% on-site work.-Requirements- Minimum Education: Higher Education - Bachelor's Degree 4 years of experience
