IT Lead Project Manager Requirements: IT Lead – Digital Transformation / Cloud Key Responsibilities: Lead end-to-end technical execution and coordinate IT delivery Define and execute the implementation plan aligned with business objectives Coordinate technical teams, stakeholders, and technology vendors Manage project risks, dependencies, and roadmap Ensure technical quality, architecture standards, and IT governance Identify technical debt and lead remediation plans Drive improvements in maintainability and time-to-market Align execution among Business, PMO, and technical teams · Technical Requirements: Experience in API architecture and development Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS and/or Azure) Experience in DevOps (CI/CD, metrics, tools such as GitHub, Dynatrace) Knowledge of security (OAuth2, MFA, Zero Trust) Experience in data integration and DWH (desirable) · Methodologies and Experience: Experience working with Agile and/or waterfall methodologies Participation in legacy system transformations to cloud Agile or Cloud certification preferred Location: CDMX Work Mode: On-site We Offer: Competitive salary Premium benefits Career development plan · We are an inclusive company, free from any form of discrimination, where opportunities are for those who demonstrate attitude and talent.
