Job Summary: We are seeking a Junior Application Support Engineer to handle critical incidents, diagnose and resolve issues in stores, and generate documentation. Key Highlights: 1. Knowledge of Windows 10 and later (installation/uninstallation of fixes/packages, event analysis, firewall administration, device management, ports, and services). Proficiency with tools: WINSCP, PuTTY, SuperPuTTY, VNC, Remote Desktop, PowerShell, CMD. File system administration (JKS, JS, XML, DAT, BAT). VMware administration (ETH network card). Knowledge of SQL, PostgreSQL. Basic networking knowledge. Customer service orientation and excellent attitude.
