We are looking for a strategic, sales-driven talent to join us as: Route Sales Executive (Commercial Development & Wholesale) What will be your mission? You will serve as the brand’s face in the field, driving portfolio growth by engaging active customers (retailers and wholesalers) and unlocking new business opportunities—ensuring Link Bits reaches every corner of your assigned territory. Requirements: Experience: Minimum 2–4 years of proven field sales, route sales, or wholesale channel experience. Industry Knowledge (Desirable): Prior experience in lighting, electrical supplies, consumer electronics (speakers/gadgets), hardware, or technology sectors. Technical Skills: Proficiency in consultative selling processes, route planning, basic Excel and digital tools (CRM), effective negotiation, self-management, and strong professional communication skills. Essential Requirements: Completed high school diploma (a bachelor’s degree—completed or in progress—is a plus). Valid driver’s license. High capacity for self-management, discipline, and absolute focus on results. Your Challenge at Link Bits: Your primary objective will be executing the commercial strategy in the field (80–90% of your time), ensuring brand growth within your assigned territory. Your Key Responsibilities: Customer Engagement & Development: Visit and retain active customers, identify emerging needs, and expand product assortment. Prospecting: Identify and enter new market niches (retailers, wholesalers, installers, and projects). Field Execution: Negotiate visibility space, verify pricing, and monitor competition. Distributor Management: Conduct joint visits to promote the full product portfolio. Administrative Oversight: Report progress and track orders via CRM. We Offer: · Statutory benefits from day one (year-end bonus, vacation premium, and IMSS). · Base salary: $13,000.00 gross monthly. · Bonus structure: Earn based on your sales! Commissions and bonuses ranging between $10,000 and $40,000 monthly. · Job stability: Direct employment with an established market leader.
