Main Responsibilities: Schedule and publish content across social media platforms (posts, reels, stories, and updates). Oversee and ensure correct execution of publications: copywriting, design, hashtags, links, and calls-to-action. Monitor comments, messages, and brand mentions across various digital channels. Respond to interactions in alignment with the brand’s tone of voice and route specific requests appropriately. Identify content opportunities, sales leads, and emerging trends within the community. Record basic engagement metrics and assist in result analysis. Keep content materials, copy drafts, and assets organized. Perform basic adjustments to designs, images, or videos when necessary. Requirements: Completed Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or related field. 1–2 years of experience in digital content creation, scheduling, and publishing. Intermediate proficiency in: Social media management for brands or companies. Branding and tone of voice. Lead generation or e-commerce. Meta and Adobe Suite tools. Graphic design and basic photo/video editing. Availability to work on-site. Employment Offer: Base salary: $13,500 gross per month. Weekly payment via BBVA. Statutory benefits from day one (IMSS – 100% contribution, vacation days, 15-day year-end bonus, 25% vacation premium). Work modality: 100% on-site. Working hours: Monday to Friday, 09:00–18:00 hrs.
