




**Job Description:** Autonomously and professionally facilitate the Scrum framework, ensuring adherence to its key events, removing impediments affecting the team, and maintaining operational coordination with client areas. A high degree of maturity, leadership, and influence is expected, as this role will replace an internal client resource. **Technical Skills:** Mandatory Requirements * Bachelor’s degree or Engineering degree in fields such as Systems, Computer Science, Computing, or related disciplines. * Proven experience of at least 3 years as a Scrum Master in multidisciplinary teams. * Prior experience in banking (ideally mobile banking) or regulated technology projects. * Experience working with mobile application development teams. * Ability to interact with various internal or external areas to resolve impediments. Technical Knowledge * Active Scrum Master certification (PSM I, CSM, SAFe Scrum Master or equivalent). * Proficiency in Jira and Confluence as agile management tools. * Basic knowledge of SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle). * Familiarity with agile metrics (burn\-up, lead time, velocity, etc.). Soft Skills * Excellent communication, leadership, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills. * Mature and empathetic professional. * Autonomous, proactive, and initiative-driven. * Results-oriented and committed to continuous improvement. * Capable of building trust both within the team and with the client. * Strong sense of responsibility and attention to detail. **Key Responsibilities:** * Effective execution and facilitation of Scrum ceremonies: Daily Scrum, Sprint Planning, Sprint Review, Retrospective, Backlog Refinement * Proactive tracking of impediments and internal/external dependencies. * Support in operational coordination with the client: * Requesting and tracking access for the Scrum team * Coordinating with IT and business areas * Ensuring work visibility and transparency using tools such as Jira and Confluence. * Promoting continuous improvement and agile culture within the team. * Ensuring alignment with the Product Owner on deliverable planning. * Identifying operational risks and supporting their mitigation from an agile perspective. * Effective communication with client stakeholders, primarily in the banking sector.
