Management of tax and payroll accounting **ACCOUNTANT – EXPERIENCE IN TRANSPORTATION COMPANY** We are seeking an Accountant with solid experience in transportation companies, responsible for coordinating, recording, and controlling financial and accounting information, ensuring tax compliance and providing strategic information for decision-making. **Requirements** · Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (degree holder) · Minimum 5 years of experience in corporate accounting (preferably in transportation) · Age: 30 years and older · Gender: Unrestricted **Essential Knowledge** * Tax and payroll accounting * Monthly and annual tax returns * Tax payments * Accounts receivable (AR) and accounts payable (AP) * Financial Information Standards (NIF) * CFDI (issued and received) * DIOT and electronic accounting * Proficiency in accounting and payroll software * SAT vs. accounting reconciliations **Main Responsibilities** 1. Recording and controlling accounting operations 2. Reviewing tax requirements in CFDI 3. Calculating and filing taxes 4. Cleaning trial balances 5. Preparing and analyzing financial statements 6. Asset control 7. Submitting informative returns and electronic accounting 8. Compiling schedules for the annual tax return 9. Reconciling SAT information vs. accounting records 10.
