WE ARE LOOKING FOR: INTERNAL CONTROL ANALYST SANTA FE, ALVARO OBREGÓN To cover maternity leave. • What you need… • Bachelor's degree in Law, licensed. • Age: 22–40 • Experience: 6 months to 1 year • KNOWLEDGE: • Commercial and civil law • Analysis and identification of promissory notes • Analysis and identification of Articles of Incorporation • Analysis and identification of notarial powers of attorney • Databases What you would do… Validate required customer documentation on the internal control platform. Provide advisory support to branches for legal document analysis. Maintain sequential numbering records for branch contracts. Support digital contracts and ADDENDUMS.
