Position Summary: We are seeking a Process Analyst to model, document, and improve processes, identifying opportunities for change to enhance and transform operations. Key Highlights: 1. Model and document macroprocesses, processes, and subprocesses 2. Analyze processes and identify improvements 3. Responsibilities: * Develop necessary flowcharts to document processes. * Analyze processes and identify opportunities for change to improve and transform metrics and process behavior. * Update the department’s process and template databases. * Conduct research on sustainability strategies.
