We seek young talent interested in developing their careers in Human Resources through the **Jóvenes Construyendo el Futuro** program. **Job Objective** To train and develop you in key Human Resources processes, gaining practical experience in recruitment, personnel administration, and labor legislation. **Requirements** * Registered on the **Jóvenes Construyendo el Futuro** platform * Age between 18 and 29 years * Basic experience in mass recruitment (preferred) * Residing near the work location * Interest in developing a career in Human Resources **Main Responsibilities (Learning Focus)** * Preparation and management of employee files * Knowledge and application of the **LFT (Federal Labor Law)** * Calculation of year-end bonuses, severance payments, and vacation entitlements * Support in training programs * Recruitment and selection of personnel * Employment termination procedures **Work Schedule** * Monday to Friday * 9:00 am to 5:00 pm * **Hybrid work model:** * Wednesday and Thursday: Remote work (Home Office) * Remaining weekdays: On-site Work Location Calzada de los Jinetes \#39, Tlalnepantla de Baz Application Apply through this channel Job Type: Part-time, Apprentice Salary: $9,000\.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
