This position acts as a bridge between business and technology, ensuring that information flows correctly, timely, and with quality, enabling decision-making and sustainable organizational growth. REQUIREMENTS * Data Architecture (DWH, Data Lake, ETL, Data Platforms). * Relational and dimensional data modeling. * Relational databases, NoSQL, and cloud-based solutions. * Data integration tools and metadata management solutions. * Data governance, information security, and privacy. * Advanced knowledge of Data Mesh and Data Fabric. * Agile methodologies and product-oriented work. * Desirable knowledge in advanced analytics, data science, and AI. * Soft Skills and Leadership * Leadership and coordination of cross-functional teams. * Strong analytical ability and capacity to solve complex problems. * Clear, effective, and business-oriented communication. * Adaptability, prioritization management, and decision-making. * Strategic mindset and long-term vision.
