Job Summary: Provide first-line technical support, ensuring the proper functioning of equipment and platforms through maintenance, software installation, and incident resolution. Key Responsibilities: 1. First-line technical support to staff. 2. Preventive and corrective maintenance of technological equipment. 3. Installation and updating of software and work tools. **Job Objective:** Provide first-line technical support to company staff, ensuring the proper operation of computer equipment, technological tools, and work platforms through preparation activities, preventive and corrective maintenance, software installation, and timely response to technical incidents. **Responsibilities:** * Prepare and configure computer equipment for new users. * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on technological equipment. * Provide first-line technical support to internal users. * Install and update software, systems, and work tools. * Diagnose and resolve basic hardware and software issues. * Configure printers, email accounts, and peripheral devices. * Track incidents and support requests. * Assist with technology equipment control and inventory. * Maintain up-to-date equipment status and technical reports. **Requirements:** * Technical diploma or bachelor's degree in Systems, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. * Minimum 1 year of experience in technical support. * Proficiency with Microsoft tools. * Knowledge of computer equipment maintenance. * In-person and remote support capability. * Familiarity with technology equipment inventory and control is desirable. **Competencies:** * Proactivity. * Problem solving. * Attention to detail. * Teamwork. * Effective communication. * Organization and follow-up. * Service-oriented attitude.
