Job Summary: We are seeking an Operational Assistant with a background in Civil Engineering or Architecture to support operational supervision, technical review, and field visits for sanitary landfill projects. We are a company dedicated to administration and construction projects, seeking an **Operational Assistant** with a background in Civil Engineering or Architecture to support operational supervision, technical review, and field visits for projects related to sanitary landfill operations. The position targets individuals willing to learn, gain field experience, and assist in technical and operational activities related to site infrastructure and operations. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in **Civil Engineering** or **Architecture** (intern, nearing graduation, or recent graduate). * Basic knowledge of **reading and interpreting blueprints**. * Availability to conduct **field visits**. * Interest in learning about environmental infrastructure operations. * Basic proficiency in **Microsoft Office suite**. * Basic or intermediate proficiency in AutoCAD or similar software (preferred). **Responsibilities:** * Support **on-site supervision visits** within the sanitary landfill. * Review and interpretation of **blueprints and technical documentation**. * Support in field surveys and assessment of on-site conditions. * Preparation of technical reports and supervision records. * Monitoring of operational and maintenance activities on site. * Support in technical and administrative project documentation. **Personal Competencies:** * Willingness to learn. * Responsibility and organization. * Field observation skills. * Teamwork. * Proactivity. **Working Conditions:** * 8-hour workday, Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM. * Lunch break. * Proactive work environment and opportunity to grow within the team.
