*This vacancy comes from the job board Talenteca.com* ### **Job opening for the company Grupo RH México in Tepanco de López, Puebla** **PRODUCTION MANAGER** **Department:** Feed Mill / Agroindustrial **Location:** Tepanco de López, Puebla **Net monthly salary: $30,000** **Work schedule:** Monday to Friday\* and Saturday\* **Academic background:** Degree in Food Engineering, Agroindustrial Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering or related field. **Experience:** * + Minimum 3 years in similar positions within feed mills, agroindustry or grain processing plants. + Supervisory experience over operational staff. + Knowledge of sanitary regulations (SENASICA, NOM\-251, ISO 22000, HACCP). **Software skills:** * + SAP (intermediate), Excel (intermediate), SCADA or MES systems desirable. **Main responsibilities** ------------------------- * Plan and coordinate daily, weekly and monthly production schedules. * Supervise the proper operation of grinding, mixing, pelleting and bagging equipment. * Ensure compliance with quality, food safety and traceability standards (HACCP, GMP, ISO 22000 or equivalent). * Monitor raw material consumption, yields, losses and process efficiency. * Coordinate operational personnel, setting priorities, goals and shifts. * Verify preventive and corrective maintenance of machinery together with the technical department. * Prepare production reports and performance indicators (OEE, waste, productivity, schedule compliance). * Implement corrective actions in response to quality or safety deviations. * Train and evaluate subordinates on technical and industrial safety topics. * Ensure compliance with internal, environmental and occupational safety regulations. **Desired education level:** Bachelor's degree \- certified **Desired experience level:** Mid-level **Departmental function:** Manufacturing / Operations **Industry:** Agriculture *This vacancy comes from the job board Talenteca.com:* *https://www.talenteca.com/anuncio?j\_id\=68f0306a6e00003800f27b5a\&source\=indeed*
