Ensure the efficiency of personnel under supervision PRIVATE SECURITY SUPERVISOR Job Objective: Ensure operational staff comply with assigned activities and tasks, and apply established security control procedures through security devices deployed at sites, to protect and guarantee the safety of people, facilities, units, and company assets. \*GENERAL FUNCTIONS:\* * Ensure compliance with and adherence to organizational policies and procedures. * Supervise organizational staff to ensure they perform their duties in accordance with established policies, regulations, and procedures; report all personnel found deviating from or failing to adhere to established regulations. * Identify areas of opportunity that compromise company security. * Ensure the efficiency of personnel under supervision (Internal \- External). * Conduct recurring supervision to identify personnel needs and vulnerabilities. \*KNOWLEDGE:\* * Electronic security \*Technical knowledge of tablet, mobile phone, and radio operation\* * Computer skills \*Intermediate-level Office software proficiency\* \*REQUIREMENTS:\* * Completed high school education * Preferred: Experience in private security * Three years’ experience in the same position * Valid driver’s license * Flexible schedule availability, \*rotating shifts\* \*WE OFFER:\* * Biweekly salary of 14000 * Statutory benefits * Payroll deposit to your preferred bank \*SS\*43\*47\*3O\*22\* Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $14,000\.00 \- $17,000\.00 per month Benefits: * Paternity leave exceeding statutory requirements * Option for indefinite-term contract * Company-provided mobile phone * Complimentary uniforms Willingness to travel: * 50 % (Preferred) Work Location: On-site employment
