Focus on organization, attention to detail, and process tracking. ### **Maintenance Administrative Assistant** **Location:** Chachapa Industrial Park **Schedule:** Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. \- 2 Saturdays per month, 8:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. **Monthly Salary:** $11,492 **Requirements** * Completed high school diploma or technical administrative degree. * Minimum 1 year of experience in administrative positions (maintenance or workshop experience is mandatory). * Intermediate Excel proficiency. * Organization, attention to detail, and process tracking skills. * Flexible availability for schedule requirements. **Main Responsibilities** * Preparation and tracking of maintenance work orders. * Administrative control of preventive and corrective maintenance. * Requesting, tracking, and returning spare parts. * Managing and archiving workshop documentation. * Preparing administrative reports for the department. * Tracking payroll incidents and maintenance-related expenses. * Providing administrative support for external workshops when required. **We Offer** * Competitive monthly salary. * Benefits exceeding statutory requirements. * Job stability. * Professional development and growth. **Apply now and join our team.**
