### **Traffic Manager** Location: Nopalucan de la Granja, Puebla Our commitment to **quality, innovation, and food safety** has positioned us as a leader in the industry, and we are seeking to add a results-driven and continuous improvement-oriented **UHT Maintenance Supervisor** to our team. **Job Requirements** * Bachelor's degree or Engineering in Logistics, Transportation, Industrial, or related field. * 3 years of experience in logistics, traffic, or distribution, with at least 2 years in leadership roles. * Knowledge in route planning, fleet management, and TMS/WMS systems. * Proficiency in logistics KPIs and analysis tools (advanced Excel, Power BI desirable). * Understanding of transportation regulations and road safety standards. * Desired: Experience in distribution companies, retail, or fast-moving consumer goods. **Job Responsibilities** * Design and optimize transportation routes to improve delivery times and reduce operational costs. * Coordinate the assignment of transport vehicles and operational personnel. * Supervise on-time delivery and pickup operations in accordance with service standards. * Analyze key performance indicators (OTIF, logistics costs, transit times, etc.) and generate performance reports. * Manage load planning, delivery windows, and vehicle scheduling. * Ensure compliance with transportation and safety regulations. * Coordinate with warehouses, customers, and suppliers to ensure operational efficiency. * Implement continuous improvements in logistics and traffic processes. **Compensation and Benefits** * **Competitive salary:** $35,000 to $40,000 per month. * **Christmas bonus** * **Meal subsidy.** * **Vacation bonus and paid vacations according to labor law.** * **Uniforms and personal protective equipment (PPE).** * **Savings fund.** **This opportunity is for you!**
