We seek a Quality and Processes System Coordinator with solid experience in implementing management systems, who will drive continuous improvement, operational discipline, and regulatory compliance in a dynamic environment. Required Profile Industrial, Quality, or Process Engineering or related field Minimum 3–5 years of experience (NO EXPERIENCE-LESS CANDIDATES WILL BE ACCEPTED) in: Process management and improvement Continuous improvement tools (PDCA, 5S, root cause analysis, etc.) Implementation of quality management systems Process documentation (flowcharts, procedures, policies) Main Responsibilities Implement, maintain, and improve the Quality Management System Lead certification and recertification projects (ISO / IATF / ISO 14001) Document, map, and optimize operational and administrative processes Design and implement process performance indicators (KPIs) Coordinate internal and external audits Identify deviations, generate corrective actions, and follow up Promote quality culture, operational discipline, and continuous improvement Train departments on processes, standards, and best practices Ensure compliance with regulatory and statutory requirements We Offer Direct participation in an organizational transformation project Professional growth in an expanding company Challenging environment with high operational impact Job stability Weekly payment Base statutory benefits . -Requirements- Minimum education: Higher education – Specialization 4 years of experience Languages: English Age: between 30 and 40 years Knowledge: Coordination ability, Continuous improvement, ISO 14001, ISO 9001, Quality standards, Quality systems, Management systems, Transportation, Advanced process control Keywords: resident, supervisor, sub-manager, responsible person, coordinator, manager, captain, system, sistema, quality, qa
