Job Summary: We are seeking maintenance personnel with experience in various fields such as electricity, plumbing, gardening, and masonry to perform preventive and general maintenance on facilities. Key Highlights: 1. Essential experience in general facility maintenance. 2. Performs preventive and general maintenance across various areas. 3. Includes painting and infrastructure maintenance activities. Requirements: · Education: Secondary school · ESSENTIAL Experience: 2 years in general facility maintenance (electricity, plumbing, gardening, masonry, welding, etc.) · Driver's license preferred Responsibilities: Preventive maintenance of facilities; transports and places office equipment across different corporate or base areas, as well as administrative offices; performs general maintenance and cleaning of the company premises; collects waste and disposes it in designated locations. Applies paint to walls or floors in indoor or outdoor areas of the corporate office or bases; maintains doors, gates, windows, railings, floors, restrooms, ceilings, stairs, and flower beds. Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8 AM – 5 PM; Saturdays, 8 AM – 1 PM (every other Saturday worked); Sundays and statutory holidays are days off. Work Location: Chachapa Industrial Park, Amozoc, Puebla. We Offer: Salary: $11,442 monthly gross (Net $2,500 weekly, already tax- and savings fund-free) + $1,407 monthly food vouchers, plus occasional overtime.
