Join us and help bring our portfolio to every corner!* **PROSPECTOR \- DOOR\-TO\-DOOR:** Their purpose is to identify, prospect, acquire, and retain customers along residential routes. They explain the service, our portfolio, the benefits of being served by our residential routes, and train customers on the various platforms we offer. **Responsibilities:** * Visit neighborhoods with potential for acquiring residential customers * Explain and enroll residential route customers in the service model and the benefits of being served by residential routes, as well as introduce our portfolio * Generate sales of bottled water and other products to new customers, jointly with their assigned sales representative * Deliver the Welcome Kit upon the customer’s first purchase (if applicable) * Offer active promotions at the time * Collect data for customer onboarding into our system * Ensure customers are successfully onboarded into our systems * Follow up and nurture newly acquired residential customers * Ensure new customers’ initial and repeat purchases **Requirements:** * High school diploma * Experience in door\-to\-door sales * Experience in customer service **We Offer:** * Benefits exceeding statutory requirements * Base salary \+ commission * Grocery vouchers * Savings fund * Retirement savings plan * Major medical expense insurance * Life insurance * Uniform and personal protective equipment (PPE) *At Coca\-Cola FEMSA, diversity, equity, and inclusion form the foundation of innovation, business integration, and sustainable growth.
