Job Objective As a Collection Manager for Overdue Accounts, you are responsible for visiting debtors who have experienced significant delays, generating payment plans that allow them to bring their payments up to date again. Main Responsibilities Visit the homes of borrowers who have obtained credit but failed to meet their payment obligations, in order to offer them various payment plans. * Recover overdue accounts. * Provide service with respect and kindness to our customers. * Inform customers about all the benefits of maintaining current credit payments. * Operate a motorcycle in compliance with safety regulations, always using required protective gear. Candidate Profile Experience in customer service, collections, or sales. * Motorcycle operation skills. * Valid motorcycle driver's license. * Ability to use mobile devices. * Goal-oriented with focus on achieving targets. * Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
