PACKER TRUDEAU FARMS Is hiring \***Inventory Assistant**\* With warehouse experience Activities: Ad\[NS1] minister and streamline warehouse incoming and outgoing operations \-Reduce time and costs, supervise tools within the warehouse \-Conduct physical and digital inventory counts \-Organize distribution processes and material delivery to production and suppliers \-Verify compliance with inventory methods \-Issue material requisitions for missing items to the purchasing department \-Ensure timely and accurate material supply to operational areas \-Maintain material stock levels according to optimal warehouse-defined levels (maximum and minimum) \-Prevent incidents and warehouse deterioration by applying safety and maintenance measures; as well as analyze slow-moving materials \-Guarantee material flow, propose improvements and refine all processes related to the company's supply chain procurement \-Plan, coordinate, and supervise activities of assigned personnel \-Optimize warehouse space utilization \-Prepare weekend sales invoices **Education and Professional Background** Education level: Degree in Business Administration or related field Experience: 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar role **Required Skills and Knowledge** \- Warehouse control and inventory management \- Computer skills: internet, Office Word, Excel, email \- Teamwork **Key Competencies** \- Excellent interpersonal skills \- Proactivity \- Organized \- Information management Job type: Full-time Salary: $12,000.00 \- $14,000.00 per month Work location: On-site position
