The selected candidate will support the execution of internal audit processes, ensuring regulatory compliance and continuous improvement through analysis, documentation, and evaluation of controls. Main Responsibilities: * Prepare detailed and accurate audit working papers. * Collaborate in the development and updating of policies and procedures. * Issue control matrices to identify areas for improvement. * Conduct interviews with auditees to gather relevant information. * Investigate special cases and irregular situations. * Analyze and understand systems involved in audited processes. * Develop flowcharts to visualize processes. * Apply risk calibration knowledge to evaluate controls. * Document audit evidence rigorously and clearly. * Support inventory counts and other related activities. Requirements: * Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Administration, Finance, or related fields. * Prior experience in internal audit or related positions is desirable (professional internships accepted). * Basic knowledge of preparing working papers, control matrices, and flowcharts. * Analytical ability, attention to detail, and communication skills. * Proficiency in Office tools, especially Excel and Word. * Proactive attitude and willingness to learn and work as part of a team.
