Knowledge of safety and hygiene standards on construction sites. Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets. Experience using inventory control systems, preferably ERP. Familiarity with and ability to use Google Drive. Experience leading warehouse teams. Strong organizational, control, and decision-making capabilities. Willingness to work on-site. **Technical Knowledge:** Inventory control and traceability. Receiving, classification, and storage of materials. Administrative control of material inflows and outflows. Timely supply of materials to construction fronts. Periodic physical inventories. Control of material losses, shortages, and discrepancies. Coordination of purchase orders and supply with the procurement department. Preparation of inventory, consumption, and incident reports. Compliance with safety standards for material handling. Waste management. Audit follow-up and control with headquarters. **Main Responsibilities:** Coordinate the operation of one or more construction site warehouses. Supervise material receipt, verifying quantities, quality, and documentation. Control records of material inflows and outflows, ensuring traceability. Ensure timely supply of materials to construction fronts. Supervise and conduct periodic physical inventories. Implement controls to prevent losses, shortages, and material discrepancies. Ensure proper organization and classification of materials. Coordinate with procurement on order tracking and supply. Supervise and train warehouse personnel. Generate periodic reports on inventories, consumption, and incidents. Ensure compliance with safety standards for material handling. Coordinate proper waste management. Serve as liaison with CDMX headquarters for control, auditing, and follow-up.
