Job Objective Ensure customers receive excellent service and attention by promptly, accurately, and efficiently processing their requested transactions while strictly adhering to institutional policies and safeguarding funds handled at the teller station. Key Responsibilities Serve customers and users quickly, courteously, and error-free at the counter and mobile teller units. * Comply with Banco de México regulations, BAZ’s cash-handling policies and procedures, and the 7’s methodology. * Safeguard cash in the secure area and follow bunker security measures to ensure zero shortages. * Achieve cash-handling productivity targets and implement the anti-line waiting plan. * Ensure customers enjoy the best possible service and experience. * Cover the supervisor teller’s duties during their absence. Candidate Profile One year of experience performing customer service activities. * Proficiency in handling cash. * Experience managing personnel. * Knowledge of banking regulations. * Availability to rotate shifts. * Availability to work on weekends. * Integrity in performing job duties.
