Maintain optimal inventory levels and control 2. Order and documentation registration and capture 3. Application of ISO 9001 and FSSC 22000 procedures **Job Profile:** Education: High school diploma. Knowledge: Data entry, Microsoft Office proficiency, data analysis. Skills: Organized, proactive, analytical, and orderly. Experience: Administrative area. **General Objectives:** Maintain optimal inventory levels through appropriate inventory control. **Expected Outcomes:** Keep stock records up to date. Capture customer orders, both internal and external. Register orders, invoices, shipping letters, outgoing and incoming shipments. Print quality certificates. Maintain appropriate inventory levels. Conduct monthly physical inventories. Apply relevant procedures in accordance with the ISO 9001 and FSSC 22000 Quality Management System. Implement the company's quality and food safety policy in daily work and support the achievement of the company's quality and food safety objectives as required.
