




**REQUIREMENTS:** Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Finance, or Gastronomy (with a focus on costs) 1 year of experience in administrative or procurement areas. Basic English **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:** Develop and update cost calculations for bakery, deli, and restaurant recipes. Determine the cost of retail products and bulk products repackaged under our private label. Apply the approved markup factor and validate selling prices, reviewing variances and updating prices accordingly. Prepare daily cost calculations and reports for the employee cafeteria. Prepare daily cost reports by consumption center. Audit physical inventories at month-end across all departments and branches.
