At SUFACEN, we are seeking a **Warehouse Manager** with experience in logistics operations within the retail sector. You will be responsible for ensuring the proper operation of the warehouse, guaranteeing efficient receipt, storage, picking, and distribution of merchandise to our pharmacies. Key Responsibilities * Oversee end-to-end warehouse operations (receipt, storage, picking, and shipping). * Ensure inventory accuracy and control shrinkage. * Guarantee compliance with delivery timelines to branches. * Coordinate and develop team supervisors reporting to you. * Optimize logistics processes to improve productivity and reduce costs. * Prepare operational reports and present results to Management. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) * Inventory accuracy * Branch service level * Inventory turnover * Shrinkage and expiration control * Picking and delivery timeline compliance Requirements **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related field (degree completion preferred). **Experience:** * Minimum 2 years in a similar role. * Experience in retail (pharmaceutical or grocery sectors preferred). * Experience managing warehouses with over 20 direct reports. * Experience leading middle management (supervisors). **Technical Knowledge:** * Inventory control and administration. * ERP or warehouse management system proficiency.
