This is your opportunity to join a project where you can develop your technical knowledge and enhance your professional profile. **Location:** Minerva **Duration:** 6 months (temporary project) **Schedule:** Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM One Saturday per month on duty, 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM **Base salary:** $12,557 monthly ### **What will you do?** * Provide first-level technical support to users. * Software installation and configuration. * Printer and email account configuration. * Basic network support. * Basic preparation and maintenance of computer equipment. * Tracking and handling of support tickets. ### **Profile we seek** * Student pursuing a degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Systems, or related field. * Knowledge of software installation and equipment configuration. * Proficiency in Windows and iOS operating systems. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. * Basic networking knowledge. * Service-oriented attitude, responsibility, and eagerness to learn. ### **We offer** * Monthly base salary of $12,557\. * Full statutory benefits registered with IMSS at 100%. * Continuous training. * Subsidized cafeteria. * Professional experience in technology projects. * Excellent work environment and practical learning.
