




Position Summary: Responsible for advancing civic leadership skill development among youth, promoting service-learning and active participation in their environment. Key Highlights: 1. Description ***POSITION OBJECTIVE*** Responsible for facilitating and advancing civic leadership skill development among participating youth through technical-pedagogical accompaniment processes, promoting service-learning as a methodology to strengthen their community commitment, critical thinking, collaborative work, and active participation in the positive transformation of their environment. ***RESPONSIBILITIES*** * Manage project participant recruitment and outreach. * Deliver program methodology sessions. * Ensure project participants’ attendance and retention. * Design strategies to sustain youth motivation and participation. * Update the Youth System daily with participant attendance records. * Comply with monitoring and evaluation guidelines or protocols to ensure the integrity of project-established outcomes. * Maintain regular communication with the liaison or focal point at each training center. * Lead and monitor implementation timelines for community projects. * Ensure effective execution of activities and events related to complementary projects. * Maintain communication channels and coordinate actions with the Technical Coordinator. * Prepare monthly technical reports on executed activities or as required. * Participate in and organize local-level meetings with organizations, such as forums and experience-sharing sessions, among others. * Perform other duties and tasks related to the position. Profile/Requirements * Minimum 1 year of general experience working on social projects. * Minimum 1 year of experience in capacity-building with youth. * Minimum 1 year of experience in youth participation processes. * Minimum 2 years of experience facilitating workshops using participatory, dynamic, and creative methodologies with youth. * Experience in planning youth-oriented processes and activities. ***TECHNICAL COMPETENCIES*** * Knowledge of the territorial context (Iztapalapa Borough) * Knowledge and experience in youth initiatives * Proficiency in using email and Office software applications. * Ability to resolve problems within one’s area of responsibility. * Knowledge of principle-based personnel leadership. * Familiarity with protocols for responding to violence and rights violations affecting diverse populations. ***"IMPORTANT"*** * **Reside in Iztapalapa Borough.** Competencies: Analyze and solve problems, Initiative and autonomy, Optimism and enthusiasm, Ability to lead initiatives, Organization and planning, Interpersonal communication, Teamwork, Negotiation skills Employment Level: Employee Contract Type: Fee-based contract Duration: 6 months to 1 year Salary: Between $12,001.00 and $15,000.00 MXN gross/month Minimum Education: Bachelor’s degree Minimum Experience: At least 1 year Start Date: 01/04/2026 End Date of Activity: 31/12/2026 Number of Vacancies: 1
