Information integration and on-site troubleshooting We are looking for a responsible Systems Engineer or Technician to oversee the proper operation of the technological infrastructure across multiple service stations and group companies. The position includes technical support, maintenance, development and database administration, as well as creation and enhancement of basic programs and tools that support operational efficiency and control of the companies. **Responsibilities** * Technical support for computers, monitors, printers, and peripherals. * Preventive and corrective hardware and software maintenance. * Configuration and maintenance of networks (LAN, cabling, routers, switches). * Design, administration, and maintenance of databases. * Maintenance of basic programs or tools. * Integration of information across departments. * Data backup, security, and information control. * On-site diagnosis and troubleshooting. * Coordination with external vendors. * Documentation of systems, processes, and technical reports.
