




Position Summary: Supports the Academic Directorate by providing operational and administrative support to ensure the smooth functioning of academic processes and timely follow-up with the educational community. Collaboration in communication and processes among involved departments **Position Objective:** Maintain constant communication and collaborative work with the Academic Directorate to provide operational and administrative support; ensuring the proper functioning of academic processes and timely follow-up with students, tutors, instructional designers, and mentors. Additionally, collaborate on communication and processes across all other involved departments throughout the entire academic cycle. **REQUIREMENTS. \-** * **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Education, or related fields. * **Experience:** Minimum of 6 months in administrative or academic roles. * **Skills:** Written and oral communication, organization, time management, multitasking, attention to detail, and problem-solving. * **Attitudes:** Service orientation, proactivity, empathy, teamwork, commitment, and continuous improvement. * **Tools:** Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, digital communication platforms and tools (email, cloud drives, WhatsApp) * **Contract Type:** Full-time (Monday to Friday, 9\-2 PM and 4\-7 PM; Saturdays, 9 AM to 2 PM) * **Work Modality:** Hybrid (virtual and in-person) **Functions and Responsibilities:** * Assist in timely academic communication and support for students, tutors, mentors, instructional designers, and other administrative departments (email, chats, platform). * Draft and publish notices, bulletins, or announcements related to academic cycle processes. * Support the preparation of technical evaluations and curriculum maps for equivalence procedures with the Student Services Department. * Assist in developing academic calendars for undergraduate and graduate programs. * Support the preparation of academic workloads for tutors. * Assist in reviewing group setup and activation on the learning platform. * Assist in organizing synchronous sessions for students (informational meetings, events, courses, etc.). * Assist in verifying submission of group grade reports. * Provide data for payroll summaries. * Support follow-up for students with special cases. * Support continuous training for tutors, mentors, and instructional designers. * Collaborate in supervising the academic activities and work of mentors, tutors, and instructional designers. * Maintain and organize departmental work-related information. * Assist and support institutional events (courses, welcome sessions, graduations, and others). * Perform various tasks as required by the academic department’s needs.
