Marketing of materials and labor for impact analysis · Reviewing project content to identify the applicable working strategy. · Developing concept catalogs. · Quantifying projects in the company's SGC-compliant format. · Developing area tables. · Preparing the project considerations and/or exclusions log. · Requesting quotations for materials and subcontractors. · Marketing materials to identify monthly, bimonthly, quarterly, and annual impacts. · Creating presentation graphs of material impact. · Labor market analysis.
