Position Summary: We are seeking a Civil Engineer or Architect to supervise finishes in luxury residential and hospitality projects, coordinate contractors, and ensure quality. Key Highlights: 1. Supervision of finishes in luxury residential and hospitality projects. 2. Coordination of multiple luxury finish contractors. 3. Verification of execution in accordance with drawings and specifications. **IMPORTANT: LEADING CONSTRUCTION COMPANY SEEKING CANDIDATES** **Requirements:** Civil Engineer, Architect, or related degree (degree certificate and professional license required). **Responsibilities:** 1\. Supervision of finishes for luxury residential projects, hospitality projects, or premium developments. 2\. Coordination with multiple luxury finish contractors. 3\. Experience in client handover processes for completed units. 4\. On-site supervision of finish work execution: flooring, cladding, fenestration, carpentry, metalwork, painting, decorative lighting, fixed furniture, among others. 5\. Verification that finishes are executed per drawings, specifications, concept catalogs, and approved technical data sheets. 6\. Timely tracking and closure of punch list items and observations raised by clients, supervisors, and management. 7\. Review and validation of samples, mockups, and prototypes prior to final approval. 8\. Participation in coordination meetings with construction teams, management, interior design, FF\&E, and owners. 9\. Prompt reporting of quality, cost, or schedule deviations. 10\. Support in developing and monitoring specific finish schedules (by zone, floor, or unit). **We Offer:** · Monthly salary: $19,000–$22,000 (net) plus statutory benefits. · Direct employment with the company. · Work location: Bahía de Banderas (Litibú), Nayarit State.
