Mentorship and talent development within the technical team **Java / Microservices Development Lead – On-site in CDMX** A telecommunications sector company is seeking a **Development Lead** to join its technology team in **Ciudad de México**, working **on-site** at its corporate office. **Position Objective** Technically and functionally lead the development of microservices-based solutions for the AAPO system, ensuring development best practices, code quality, continuous deployments, and alignment with business needs. **Responsibilities** * Analyze, design, develop, and maintain applications for the AAPO system. * Design technical solutions and component architecture. * Develop microservices in Java with Spring Boot. * Conduct code reviews and provide technical mentorship to the team. * Collaborate with QA, DevSecOps, and analysis teams to ensure high-quality deliverables. * Participate in resolving critical incidents and high-impact issues. * Coordinate deployments and ensure timely deliveries. **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technologies, or related field. * Experience as a **Tech Lead or Technical Leader** in development projects. * Backend development experience with **Java and Spring Boot**. * Experience with **microservices architectures and REST APIs**. * Experience working under **agile methodologies (Scrum or SAFe)**. * Knowledge of **Git, Docker, Jenkins or GitLab CI, SonarQube**. * Experience with **relational databases** and **cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP)**. **Skills** * Technical leadership and architectural decision-making. * Effective communication with technical and business teams. * Analytical thinking and resolution of complex problems. * Mentorship and talent development. **Location** Ciudad de México – **100% on-site corporate work arrangement.** Salary: $40,000.00 – $50,000.00 per month Benefits: * Major medical expense insurance Application Question(s): * This position is on-site; where in CDMX do you reside?
