We encourage you to go beyond your comfort zone, offering resources and flexibility to foster your professional and personal growth while valuing your unique contributions. **So join our team as an Administrative Assistant!** **Responsibilities:** * The Executive Administrative Assistant role focuses on supporting a defined number of locally responsible managerial executives in their daily office activities, including: * o Calendar management (scheduling / coordinating meetings) * o Travel logistics (BTAT, itineraries, flight, hotel and car reservations, roaming, antigen tests, check-in, country-specific restriction and/or requirement forms) * o Preparation of expense reports (travel and client meetings—invoice requests) * o Personal errands exclusively for senior leadership * o Logistics for internal and external events and meetings, including food and material requirements * o Tracking of internal and external signatures, including courier management * o Administration in Spodoms and Solpeds, OC’s and NextGen, NCC’s * o Assistance and support to visitors * o Providing general guidance or training to support and/or professional staff * o Supporting and guiding colleagues through processes—though not responsible for managing their administrative tasks * o Supplying materials and/or stationery * o Portal development and distribution of AH communications, drawer control * o \*Assignment of special (temporary) projects * o \*Preparation of Major and Minor Medical Expenses, School Expenses **Challenges:*** o Problems encountered are complex, but not difficult.
