**Electromechanical Technician** At **Grupo IUSA**, we are seeking an **Electromechanical Technician**, responsible for corrective and preventive maintenance tasks on machinery in the water tank area, ensuring the equipment remains in good condition and operates properly, thereby avoiding prolonged machinery downtime and contributing to plant profitability. **Requirements:** * Electromechanical Technician * Ability to interpret diagrams * Knowledge of electromechanics, electricity, hydraulic mechanics, and motor control * General knowledge of welding * Proficiency in using and handling hand tools * Diagnosis and repair of general maintenance failures * Familiarity with NOM-004, NOM-006, NOM-017, and NOM-030. * Measuring equipment: calipers, multimeters, grinders, drills, welding machines. * Willingness and ability to travel to Villahermosa. **Responsibilities:** * Execute the master preventive maintenance plan * Perform corrective maintenance * Support the plant supervisor * Develop the Annual Maintenance Program * Submit spare parts lists to the Maintenance Manager * Prepare and submit daily activity reports to the Maintenance Manager * Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance, and use of PPE * Prepare incident reports * Willingness and ability to travel to Monterrey and Torreón. **We Offer:** * Timely biweekly payroll payments * Statutory benefits from day one * Enhanced vacation entitlement * Vacation bonus at 60% * Christmas bonus equivalent to 30 days’ salary * Savings fund * Profit-sharing * Job stability **Working Hours** **Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM; Saturdays, 8:00 AM to 1:00 PM.**
