As an **Organizational Development Assistant**, you will play a key role in personnel management, ensuring employee well-being and balancing the company's needs. ### **What will you do in this role?** Posting job vacancies and sourcing suitable candidates Candidate selection, interviews, and onboarding of new hires Managing and updating personnel files Organizing workplace climate events Supporting climate surveys and performance evaluations Distributing uniforms, ID badges, and welcoming new employees Delivering induction training to new hires Supporting staff needs and addressing personnel concerns ### **What are we looking for?** ✅ **Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Psychology or related field** (preferred) ✅ Experience in recruitment and personnel selection ✅ Ability to organize and manage internal events ✅ Focus on talent development and organizational climate ✅ Proactivity, empathy, and communication skills ### **Are you interested?** We’d love to meet you!
