Responsibilities: * Coordinate automation activities, in such a way that efficiently covers the preservation of the equipment and maintains the effectiveness in the operation of the Manufacturing processes as well as the total availability of the installed capacity. PLC's, robots and automation programming design * Present themselves in the area properly uniformed and with the necessary safety equipment according to the matrix of personal protective equipment of the area and according to the operation to be carried out. * When required, apply contingency activities on key equipment. * Makes the corresponding records for each activity related to Automation. * Develop electronic circuits. * Develop PLC programs. * Develop design of improvement devices with PLC. * Coordinates automation activities for all resources registered in the program. * Manufacture of automatic machines with PLC operation. * Ensure with the personnel in charge that the equipment is properly checked and repaired. * Control and maintenance of existing systems. * Ensure that the process operates safely and efficiently according to specifications. * Deliver the designated resource to the person in charge of the area once the work carried out has been verified and request the approval of what has been done, fine\-tuning the machinery. * Apply 5 S's and Control of Quality Records in your area. * Apply the culture of waste elimination 3 R's, (Reduce, Reuse and Recycle). * General Knowledge of Hamsa \- Autokiniton. Qualifications: * Metalworking Engineering or Industrial Engineering. * Five years of experience. * Programming and Handling of ABB and FANUC Robots. * Interpretation of Drawings and Diagrams. * Measuring Instruments and Tools. * Pneumatics and Hydraulics. * Handling of Area Tools. * Handling of Union Personnel. * Electrical Resistance Welding Pointing Machines up to 250 kva, Medium Frequency Stitching Machines up to 200 kva. * Excel, Word, Autocad Handling.
