Analyze tooling requirements and propose solutions. Oversee budgeting and control of related expenses. Die Making · Requirements Prior experience as a Tooling Manager or similar role. Experience in die making. Knowledge of project development and management tools. Ability to lead teams and coordinate across departments. Analytical and problem-solving skills. More than 8 years of experience in die cutting and stamping. Experience in die design (progressive, simple, or transfer). Operation and handling of presses. Experience leading technical teams.
