Management of loading, unloading, and service closure information. ***Logistics Operational Profile.*** **REQUIREMENTS** * Age 20 to 35 years; gender unrestricted. * Bachelor's degree or incomplete degree in Administration, Business, or Commerce. * Minimum 2–3 years of experience in monitoring and customer service, preferably in logistics or transportation. * GPS operation skills. * ERP system usage. * Knowledge of and ability to track routes used by heavy-duty vehicles. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel and Word). * Residence near Santa Maria del Zapote, Tlacote el Alto **WE OFFER** * Weekly salary of $3,200. * Statutory benefits. * Weekly payroll. * Life insurance after the probationary period. * Performance bonuses. **Responsibilities:** * Generate invoices with the 'Carta Porte' addendum. * Timely request and transmission of loading, unloading, weight, cargo characteristics, contact information, etc., between clients and drivers. * Clear status updates and route tracking for clients. * Service closure with clients. * Transmission of vehicle availability. * Delivery of invoices to clients via email, portal, and physical copies (via courier). * Daily service registration in the database. * Daily service logbook entries including status and incidents. * Weekly closings with invoicing. * Punctual execution of routes to promptly address any unforeseen events/problem resolution. * Implementation of security protocols. Document Control: * Weekly service reports including incidents. * Invoicing reports and cancellation requests. * Documented handover between shifts regarding the status of each service.
