DE C.V. is seeking a Private Security Supervisor in Querétaro, Querétaro** ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- GUARDIAN 24 REQUIRES A SECURITY SUPERVISOR FOR SERVICE. **Key responsibilities include:** * Supervise security personnel (guards and access controllers). * Implement and monitor compliance with specific industrial site security directives. * Control access for employees, visitors, contractors, and suppliers. * Supervise entry and exit of materials, tools, and cargo units. * Coordinate patrols in critical areas (warehouses, production zones, substations, yards). * Manage internal and external theft prevention protocols. * Respond to industrial emergencies (fires, spills, workplace accidents). * Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly incident reports. * Participate in internal and external security audits. * Verify proper operation of CCTV systems, biometric access controls, and alarm systems. * Train staff on industrial safety and civil protection procedures. Required knowledge: * Industrial access control. * CTPAT knowledge. * Loss prevention (shrinkage, internal theft). * Industrial emergency protocols. * Civil Protection and Industrial Safety regulations. * Risk analysis preparation. * Microsoft Office suite. * Asset security experience is mandatory.
