Main Responsibilities * **Client Prospecting:** Identifying new business opportunities in industrial zones, construction companies, and building management offices. * **Consultative Sales:** Advising clients on our maintenance (preventive/corrective) services and construction solutions. * **Portfolio Follow-up:** Maintaining consistent communication with current and potential clients to ensure deal closure. * **Technical Visits:** Attending sites for basic surveys or presenting commercial proposals. Requirements * **Experience:** Minimum 2 years in sales (preferably in industrial, hardware, construction, or real estate sectors). * **Skills:** \* Excellent communication and negotiation skills. * Proficiency in Excel * **Others:** Valid driver's license.
