As a **Problem Solving and 6\-Sigma Engineer** , you will serve as a critical technical resource dedicated to enhancing Ford’s product quality and customer satisfaction within the EDS (Electrical Distribution System) Commodity. You will lead high\-impact quality projects focused on current model vehicles, specifically targeting the reduction of process variability and warranty concerns. Work with Core STA to document the few systemic critical lessons learned into corporate documents (e.g. Health Charts, Ford Manufacturing Requirements, CQI, etc.) to assure failure mode avoidance on new and existing products. * Complete Top Supplier training in Strategic Problem Solving, Green Belt, and Quality Tools as part of internal Ford training. * Provide advice and counsel on technical problem solving and data analysis to regional STA organization and other Ford functions as required.
