Job Summary: We are seeking a bilingual Customer Service agent to provide first-level technical support and serve international customers via phone, chat, and email. Key Highlights: 1. First-level technical support with training 2. International customer service 3. Availability for shift rotation At TCS Querétaro, we are recruiting bilingual Customer Service agents. Work Location: - Pie de la cuesta, Jardines de la Hacienda, or Campo militar *You must be available to work at any of these locations (location is not selectable) Initial contact is made via email. Requirements: - Availability to work from the office in Querétaro - Minimum 80% spoken English proficiency - Availability for shift rotation - Minimum education level: High school diploma (proof required) Main Responsibilities: - Provide first-level technical support (prior experience not required; training provided) - Serve international customers - Documentation and reporting - Ticket handling - Customer service via phone, chat, and email We Offer: - Indefinite-term direct employment contract - 100% payroll salary - Salary range from MXN 15,000 to MXN 25,000 (negotiable based on experience) Benefits: - 12 vacation days in the first year [increasing per statutory requirements] - 25% vacation bonus - 30-day Christmas bonus (aguinaldo) - Major Medical Expense Insurance - Life Insurance - Monthly food vouchers worth MXN 590 Be part of our team!
