DESCRIPTION *Location: El Carmen, Querétaro* A growing company dedicated to the marketing of raw materials for the textile, cosmetic, construction, and agronomic industries is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented **Accounting Assistant** to join its team. **Key Responsibilities:** * Daily and meticulous recording of income and expense journal entries. * Calculation and management of federal and state taxes, ensuring regulatory compliance. * Accurate processing and calculation of payroll for our staff. * Determination and calculation of employer-employee IMSS contributions. * Assistance in managing accounts receivable and accounts payable, maintaining thorough control. * Expert use of accounting software, with emphasis on CONTPAQ. **What We Are Looking For:** * **Experience:** Minimum 1–2 years of verifiable experience in similar accounting positions. * **Education:** Completed bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related fields. * **Technical Knowledge:** Solid experience using CONTPAQ.
