Responsibilities: * Development of architectural drawings in AutoCAD (advanced level) * Architectural modeling in SketchUp and Revit * Creation of renders and architectural visualization in Lumion, 3D Studio Max, AI * Support in the development of construction documents * Adjustments, corrections, and project follow-up * Organization of graphic and technical information * Occasional support in site reviews and construction follow-up. Essential Requirements: * Recently graduated Architect (graduated no more than 1–2 years ago) * Fully operational mastery of AutoCAD * Demonstrable proficiency in SketchUp, Revit, Lumion, 3D Studio Max, 3D AI * Portfolio required (academic or professional) * Residency in Puebla; personal vehicle (preferred) * Availability for 100% in-person work. Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.; Saturday, 8:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. Compensation Structure: Probation Period (3 months): $4,500 MXN biweekly.
