Job Summary: Ensure daily Micromarket operations by guaranteeing product supply, freshness, planogram compliance, and proper equipment functionality to deliver optimal customer service. Key Responsibilities: 1. Ensures Micromarket operations and customer service 2. Manages product supply and freshness 3. Verifies equipment functionality and safety ### **Mission** * Ensure daily Micromarket operations through scheduled visits, guaranteeing correct product supply, rotation and freshness, planogram compliance, proper equipment operation, and administrative route closure, in order to meet sales objectives and ensure optimal customer service. ### **Responsibilities** * Conduct daily visits to assigned Micromarket points of sale according to the assigned route book. * Guarantee product supply in accordance with the pre-kit defined for each point of sale. * Ensure proper product rotation, freshness, and placement according to the current planogram. * Verify and update the Micromarket planogram during the visit when applicable. * Implement the 'success photo' at assigned Micromarkets. * Verify proper functionality of the sales kiosk, Nayax card reader, and Wi-Fi connectivity. * Inspect the physical and functional condition of refrigerators, cold curtains, and refrigeration equipment. * Verify functionality and physical condition of security cameras installed at Micromarkets. * Identify, remove, and record expired or damaged products, ensuring their return to warehouse as shrinkage. * Support activation of new Micromarket points of sale. * Return products according to commercial guidelines and pre-settlement documentation. * Execute route closure and settlement in the BBOX system per established guidelines. * Record and report operational incidents identified during the visit. * Comply with execution guidelines, administrative processes, and Micromarket channel policies. ### **Education** * Education: High School Diploma (verifiable) ### **Experience** * Customer Service * Sales * Full Product Handling * Internal Control * Vending and Snack Machines * Proficiency in Electronic Systems * Fleet Integrity * Accident Prevention and Emergency Response * Integrated Management System ### **Job-Specific Knowledge** * Standard Vehicle Operation * Valid Driver's License ### **Job Location:** * Monterrey, Nuevo León.
