**Purpose:** Facilitate the emotional, social, and cognitive development of children aged 2 to 3 years by supporting teachers in implementing educational activities and providing daily care for children. **Responsibilities:** * Support the lead teacher in age-appropriate activities that foster cognitive, physical, and socioemotional development. * Assist the teacher in developing fine motor skills through hands-on activities such as sensory play, grasping exercises, and early writing techniques. * Assist and guide children in toilet training, coordinated with parents. * Maintain a safe, clean, and organized learning environment. * Collaborate with other teachers to ensure consistency in early childhood education approaches. **Daily Routine:** * Greet children warmly and assist them with their belongings. * Materials Preparation: Set out paints, paper, toys, or technological resources before each activity. * Classroom Assistance: Support children who need extra help during guided activities. * Hygiene and Care: Supervise handwashing, support toilet training, and assist during snack time. * Supervision: Ensure children’s safety during recess, transitions, or special activities. * Closing: Help children organize their backpacks and ensure orderly handover to parents.
